Dr Nicola Swanborough Resignation

We regret to announce the resignation of Dr Nicola Swanborough from the Romney House Surgery with effect from the 1st September 2018.
Dr Swanborough joined Romney House Surgery in November 2013.
She was a dedicated and very caring doctor to patients and I know that she will be very much missed by those that knew her.
Dr Swanborough played a major part in helping with the merger of the Cirencester Phoenix Surgery with the Romney House Surgery. We are very thankful for the support and help that she gave to make that happen as smoothly as possible.
Dr Swanborough has now decided to become a locum GP to allow her to spend more time with her young family. We wish her all the best in her future career.
We are delighted to be able to inform you that Dr James Woodward, one of our Partners currently working in Cirencester, will be coming to work in Tetbury full time from the 17th of September and will be taking on Dr Swanborough’s list – he will be holding clinics all day on a Monday and Thursday and on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday morning and we look forward to welcoming him to the practice.
In the meantime all of the other Drs will ensure on going care for all of Dr Swanborough’s patients.
We fully understand that this may affect continuity of care for some patients, but are pleased to be able to offer a full time GP as a replacement.

Thank you for your continuing support
